Easton Woman Hurt in Two Vehicle Rear-Ending Accident

A rear-ending accident on Interstate 35 early Thursday has left an Easton woman with minor injuries.
According to Troop H of the Highway Patrol, a 2007 Nissan Murano driven by 42-year-old Easton resident Patricia L Hinrichs was traveling southbound on I-35 just south of Holt at 7:35 this morning. A 2017 Jeep Cherokee driven by 33-year-old Lathrop resident Lindsay M. Woods struck the rear end of the Hinrichs vehicle.
According to the accident report both women were wearing seat belts at the time, but Hinrichs suffered minor injuries. She was taken by private vehicle to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
