Elwood, KS Woman Facing Drug Charges

An Elwood, Kansas woman is facing drug charges, including a felony, after her arrest Saturday morning in Buchanan County.
Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Elwood resident Tracy I. McMinn was arrested at 11:08 A.M. Saturday in Buchanan County for being a felony fugitive from out of state, felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor charge of being in possession of a drug paraphernalia.
McMinn was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to be held without bond.
