Florida Man Facing Felony Drug and Gun Charges

A Jacksonville, Florida man is facing a plethora of felony charges for drugs and firearms following a traffic stop in Buchanan County Wednesday.

Just after 8:30 A.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol made an arrest of 26-year-old Zackary D. Hopkins who is facing felony charges for delivery of a controlled substance for marijauna, delivery of a controlled substance for hallucinogens, possession of a controlled substance, two unlawful possessions of a firearm, and bribery of a public servant.

He was also cited for misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no drivers license, and failing to drive within the right lane.

Hopkins was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24 hour hold.
