Four Area Residents Injured in Dekalb County Crash

OSBORN, MO – Four area residents were injured in an accident Thursday afternoon near Osborn.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash took place when 36-year old Hunter Martin of Winston fell asleep at the wheel in the eastbound lane of US 36, 2 miles west of Osborn, causing his vehicle to travel off the roadway where he collided with a truck operated by 49-year old Matthew Arnold of Maysville.

Martin refused medical treatment at the scene. Two passengers in his vehicle, 34-year old Bailey Pickering and a 4 year old male, both of Winston, were taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. Arnold was also taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
