Hearing Set For Chula Man Accused of Animal Abuse

A preliminary hearing is set for a Chula man facing animal abuse charges.

Court documents say Ronald Parker faces a felony charge of animal abuse-a subsequent offense or torture and/or mutilation while the animal was alive.

Records list that charge from December 5, 2019.

Parker is due back in court March 18 at 9:00 a.m.
