High Speed Driver Resists Arrest in Buchanan County

A high-speed driver resisted arrest in Buchanan County.
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Ruther Ruben of St. Joseph was arrested at 11:45 Sunday night.
The list of charges at the arrest includes misdemeanor resisting arrest, exceeded the posted speed limit by over 26 mph which is a misdemeanor, driving while suspended, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Ruben was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour hold.
