A June hearing is set for a Holt man facing a felony charge.
Court documents say Kainen L. Norton faces a felony charge of third-degree assault of a special victim.
Records list that charge from May 13.
Norton is next set to appear in Clinton County Court June 10 at 1:30 p.m.
