Intoxicated Driver Found with Firearm in Livingston County

An intoxicated driver was found with a firearm in Livingston County.

At 9:17 p.m., the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Seth A. Turbyfill from Chillicothe. Turbyfill was speeding and was arrested when he was found to be driving under the influence of drugs and committing a felony by being unlawfully in possession of a firearm. He is also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

Turbyfill was taken to Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
