Kansas City Man Arrested for Felony in Holt County

A man from Kansas City was arrested in Holt County and charged with a felony.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 47-year-old Clarence E. Jolliff at 12:34 am this (Tuesday) morning.

Charges at the time of arrest include felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in the right lane, and driving while suspended or revoked.

He was taken to the Andrew County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
