Kansas City Man Arrested on Driving Trio Early Sunday in Caldwell County

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City man Sunday morning in Caldwell County around 2:16 a.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 59-year-old Marcel A. Carson on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, excessive speed, and a lane violation.
Authorities booked Carson on a 12-hour hold at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
