Kansas City Man Arrested on Driving Trio This Morning in Clinton County

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City man on three driving charges early this morning in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 32-year-old Willis F. Gragg around 12:38 this morning on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a person less than 17 in the vehicle, speeding, and a child restraint violation.
Authorities booked Gragg on a 12-hour hold.
