Kearney Man Arrested on Driving Pair in Clay County

A Kearney man was arrested on a pair of driving charges, including a felony, Wednesday afternoon in Clay County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Brett A. Lowe was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
Lowe was later released from Clay County custody.
