Kearney Man Arrested on Driving Pair in Clinton County

A Kearney man was arrested on a pair of driving charges, including a felony, Tuesday afternoon in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Kevin W. Dodd was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Dodd was taken to the Clinton County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
