Kearney Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

A Kearney man was arrested on outstanding warrants in Daviess County Thursday.
At 5:20 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 20-year-old Ryan M. Huggins on two misdemeanor Clinton County warrants for public order crimes.
He was also cited for failure to register vessel, insufficient floatation devices, and speeding.
Huggins was booked into the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office where he awaits bond.
