Kearney Police Officer Pleads Guilty for Felony Charges of Sexual Misconduct with a Child

A Kearney Police Officer submitted his guilty pleas for felony charges of sexual misconduct with a child.
As of November 2nd, 2021, Kearney Police Officer Alan B. Hale has submitted guilty pleas for two second-degree felonies. Hale originally faced felony charges for two counts of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy and one count of sexual misconduct or attempt involving a child less than 15.
