A Lathrop resident is facing multiple charges, following an arrest Sunday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 23-year-old Benjamin Reyna Guadarrama is facing charges for not having a valid operators license, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, as well as failure to drive on the right half of the road way.
He was transported to Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 24 hour hold.
