Linn County Man Accused of Multiple Counts of Child Porn Possession has Trial Date Set

The man from Brookfield that has been accused of possession of multiple pieces of child pornography has been assigned a trial date.
James D. Jackson is charged with two counts of the sexual exploitation of a minor and over thirty counts of possession of child pornography. He appeared in Linn County Court yesterday (Wednesday) with counsel.
A four-day jury trial has been set for May 17, 2022, with a pre-trial docket set for April 5.
