Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Reports Missing Wheeling Man

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department says a Wheeling man is considered missing.

30 year old Billy Jenkins was last seen at his residence in Wheeling on July 19th. He is described as 30 years old, 5’9″ and 250 pounds, bald but with brown hair. He has a noticeable scar above his right eyebrow. He also has several tattoos including sleeve tattoos on each arm.
