Man Arrested for Felony in Clay County

A man from Kansas City was arrested in Clay County on a felony charge.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 27-year-old Keith A. Butterfield at 6:50 Thursday morning.
He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, processed and released on summons.
