Man in Buchanan County Resists Arrest and Tampers with Motor Vehicle

The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a man from Denver, Colorado in Buchanan County.
The arrest report says 31-year-old Eugene J. Vigil was arrested at 10:20 am Tuesday.
The charges for the arrest include resisting arrest, tampering with motor vehicle – 1st degree, driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, and exceeding the posted speed limit.
He is being held for 24-hours pending formal charges in the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.
