Martinsville Woman Arrested for Drug Possession and Endangering Welfare of a Child

HARRISON COUNTY, MO –  A Martinsville woman is being held after she was arrested overnight in Harrison County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 29-year old Kyanna Merritt around 9:15 Monday night. Meritt was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. It is alleged she was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She is also accused of endangering the welfare of a child.

Merritt was taken to the Harrison County Jail on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.
