Minnesota Man Arrested For Felony DWI in Clinton County

A Minnesota man was arrested on a felony driving charge Monday evening in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 36-year-old West Saint Paul, Minnesota resident Nicholas L. Bailey was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony driving while intoxicated.
Bailey was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
