Missouri State University Launches a Center for Rural Schools

(MISSOURINET) – Missouri State University has launched a Center for Rural Education.
This center aims to target the needs of rural schools and pair them with the resources needed to help.
Co-Director of the Center for Rural Education, Rhonda Bishop, says this initiative starts by having the proper conversations with rural school districts and teachers.
Roughly 70% of schools in Missouri identify as rural.
