MO Bonding Program Helps Businesses to Hire At-Risk Employees, With Some Assurances

(MISSOURINET) – The Missouri Federal Bonding Program allows employers to hire people who are considered at-risk. They could be an ex-con, out of drug treatment, have declared bankruptcy, lack work history, or have bad credit. Bonding Agent Mark Embry says this program gives employers some assurances when hiring an at-risk person, if they are concerned about fraud, embezzlement, larceny, or theft. The program allows employers to apply for no-cost, no deductible coverage that begins the day the bonded person starts work.
