Mound City Motorcycle Driver Injured In Holt County Accident

A Mound City motorcycle operator was injured following an accident in Holt County Thursday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 70 year old Stanley Rippey was driving southbound on Highway 59 and went off the side of the highway, and the motorcycle overturned. The driver received moderate injuries from the accident and was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St Joseph.

The Holt County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Highway Patrol.

The accident took place at 9am Thursday morning.
