Nebraska Man Arrested This Morning in Holt County on Driving Charges

Troopers report the arrest of a Papillion, Nebraska man early this morning in Holt County on multiple driving charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 58-year-old Jerry L. O’Neal on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated as a prior offender, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and speeding.

Authorities released O’Neal for medical treatment.
