Ohio Fugitive Arrested in DeKalb

An out-of-state fugitive was arrested in DeKalb County Monday.
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol tells of the arrest of 49-year-old Anton L. Armstrong of Dayton Ohio at 11:50 am.
Armstrong had a warrant for his arrest for a felony parole violation from the Ohio Department of Rehab and Corrections. The out-of-state fugitive was also charged with exceeding the posted speed limit.
Armstrong is being held without bond in the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
