One Vehicle Crash Near Henrietta Leaves Teen With Minor Injuries

A one-vehicle crash near Henrietta just before 10:30 Thursday night has left a 13-year-old with minor injuries.
Troop A of the Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Richmond resident Zander R. Silvey was driving a 2006 Chevy Impala on Ray County Route H at a private farm road when the car went off the right side of the roadway. Silvey reportedly overcorrected which sent the car off the left side of the roadway where it overturned.
Silvey and his 13-year-old female passenger were both wearing proper seat belts, but the passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to North Kansas City Hospital by Ray County EMS.
