An out of state fugitive was arrested on Saturday.
According to an arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, 49-year-old Laylonnie M. Charles of Edgerton, Missouri was arrested in Buchanan County at 1:27 p.m. on Saturday. She is charged with being a felony out-of-state fugitive.
The report does not list what state holds her as a fugitive nor does it state what charges that state holds against her.
Charles is being held without bond in the Buchanan Law Enforcement Center.
