Overland Park Driver Fleeing Police Arrested in Daviess County

A driver fleeing police was arrested in Daviess County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 40-year-old James M. Carpenter of Overland Park was arrested at 8:26 pm Tuesday.
He was charged with resisting arrest by fleeing and taken into custody.
Carpenter was taken to the Davies-DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold.
