A man from St. Joseph was arrested on a pair of warrants on Monday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 40-year-old Jimmie D. Miester in Buchanan County at 4:46 pm.
Miester had a warrant from the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a charge of child neglect and a warrant from the St. Joseph Police Department for a misdemeanor failure to appear on a charge of a defective vehicle.
At the arrest, he was additionally charged with failure to drive on the right half of the roadway on a roadway of sufficient width and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
Miester is being held on bond in the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.
