Paris Man Arrested on Four Driving Charges in Nodaway County

Troopers report the arrest of a Paris, Missouri, man on four driving charges late Monday night in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 38-year-old Brewster B. Pepper around 8:07 Monday night on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated via drugs, speeding, driving a vehicle to the left side of the roadway when obstructed by a hill, and driving while revoked – a third or subsequent offense.
Authorities booked Pepper into the Nodaway County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
