Pattonsburg Man Fined on Amended Charges in Harrison County

BETHANY, MO – A Pattonsburg man has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree and was ordered to pay a fine for an incident that took place in June, 2021.

Twenty-two-year-old Dalton Ray Hobson was charged in July, 2021 with Statutory Rape in which he was alleged to have raped an underage girl while she was drunk.  This incident took place on June 27, 2021 at the Harrison County Lake. (Read the original story HERE).

The Statutory Rape charge was amended to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child by the Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney.  Hobson entered a written guilty plea and was fined $2,000 on Wednesday.
