Polo Man Arrested On KC PD Felony Warrant
A Polo man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant from the Kansas City Police Wednesday afternoon in Ray County.
Troop A of the Highway Patrol says 52-year-old Polo resident Steven A. Mitchell was arrested at 4:26 P.M. Wednesday in Ray County on an Outstanding Kansas City police warrant for Class E felony 1st-degree property damage.
Mitchell was booked into the Ray County Jail to await $4,500 bond.
According to online court records, once released on bond Mitchell will also be subject to tier 3 supervision and will be barred from possession, the presence of, or being at a residence containing, firearms, ammunition or other weapons; to have no contact with victim(s), witness(es), or co-defendants in the case; and not be within 1000 feet of the location of the offense.
No future court dates have yet been set for Mitchell.
