Polo Man Ejected From Volkswagon in Caldwell County Crash Sunday

A Polo man suffered serious injuries in a Caldwell County crash early Sunday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 1:45 Sunday morning on U.S. 36, four miles east of Hamilton, as 21-year-old Jacob Latimer drove westbound.
Troopers say Latimer went off the north side of U.S. 36, overturned multiple times, and was ejected from his Volkswagon.
Latimer suffered serious injuries and was taken by Life Flight to Truman Medical Center.
Authorities say Latimer did not wear a seat belt at the time of the crash.
