Rayville Man Arrested on Felony Warrants

A Rayville man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Clinton County on a pair of felony warrants from Ray County.

Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Rayville resident Dwight D. Shrout was arrested at 4:38 P.M. in Clinton County on Ray County felony warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and domestic assault.

Shrout was booked into the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department to await bond. Online records show a $10,000 cash only bond on the drug charge and a $20,000 cash only bond on the domestic assault charge.
