Richmond Woman Arrested on Pair of Charges Thursday

A Richmond woman was arrested on a pair of charges, including one felony, late Thursday night in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Courtney M. Smith was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and not wearing a seat belt.
Smith was taken to the Ray County Jail and later released.
