Ridgeway Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Daviess County Monday Night

A Ridgeway man was arrested on multiple charges in Daviess County Monday night.
Just prior to 6:30 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old John K. Merritt on charges of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving a crash, DWI for drug use, failure to register motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident in a hit-and-run, and operating a vehicle without any financial responsibility.
He was released to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
