Semi-Truck Tips Over in Atchison County

A semi-truck tipped over in Atchison County Thursday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that driver, 63-year-old Dennis L. Anderson of Omaha suffered a minor injury as the Peterbilt overturned onto its passenger side at 11:15 am.
He had been heading east on MO-46 Highway east of Fairfax when the vehicle traveled off the south side of the road. Anderson overcorrected and after returning to the road, the vehicle skidded off the north side of the road and into an embankment where it overturned.
He was taken to Community Hospital in Fairfax by Atchison-Holt Ambulance.
