St. Joseph Driver Arrested Following Nodaway County Accident

BOLCKOW, MO – An accident in Nodaway County Monday afternoon ended with the arrest of the driver.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 20-year old St. Joseph resident Eric Swope was northbound on Route N, 1 mile northeast of Bolckow just after noon when he lost control and travelled off the east side of the roadway. The vehicle travelled into a ditch, ejecting Swope from the vehicle.
Swope sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was transported to Mosaic in St. Joseph. Swope was cited by law enforcement for tampering with a motor vehicle and several traffic violations.
