St. Joseph Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Andrew County

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on drug and driving charges Wednesday night in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 38-year-old Stephen R. Cleggett was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated via drugs, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, failure to place a vehicle not in motion as near right hand side as practical resulting in an accident, and not having insurance.

Cleggett was taken to the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
