St. Joseph Man Arrested on Felony Warrant & Driving Charges Monday

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph man on a felony warrant and driving charges Monday afternoon in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 23-year-old Justice A. Sparbel around 1:39 Monday afternoon on preliminary charges of speeding and having excessive window tinting.
Authorities say Sparbel also had an outstanding felony warrant.
Authorities took Sparbel to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
