St Joseph Man Facing Felony Charge following Traffic Stop in Dekalb County Wednesday

(DEKALB COUNTY, MO) – A St Joseph man is facing a felony charge following a traffic stop made in Dekalb County Wednesday.
At 11 A.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrested 31-year-old Filemon Mendezlara for felony driving without a license as well as being cited for speeding.
He was booked into the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
