St. Joseph Police Identify Victim in Fatal Belt Highway Crash

Saint Joseph Police identified the victim in a fatal Thursday crash on the Belt Highway.
Police say the victim is 23-year-old Jessica Smith.
Authorities report Smith overturned in an accident after striking a light pole.
Police reported no additional injuries.
