Tractor Trailer Overturns on I-29 Due to High Winds

The winds from Wednesday’s weather system caused a tractor trailer to overturned on its side on Interstate 29 north of Mound City.
The Highway Patrol says the tractor trailer was heading southbound on I-29, two miles north of Mound City, and overturned on its passenger side due to the high winds. The tractor trailer stayed in the passing lane.
The tractor trailer received extensive damage. 59 year old Cliffton Highfill of Odessa received minor injuries in the accident.
The accident took place just before 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.
