Trash Truck Backs into Path of Semi in Sullivan County

A trash truck was hit by a semi in Sullivan County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 48-year-old Michael R. Christy was driving a Peterbilt Trash Truck on MO-6 Highway east of Reger when he backed up into the path of the semi at 1:12 pm Thursday.
The International Tractor Trailer was driven by 52-year-old Kerrie L. Revis from Colorado. She suffered a minor injury while the truck took extensive damage after collided with the trash truck.
Revis was taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital.
