Trenton Man Due in Court on Two Felony Drug Charges

An initial arraignment is set for a Trenton man facing drug and driving charges in Grundy County.

Court documents say Timothy A. Nguyen faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while revoked or suspended.

Records list all three charges from October 2.

Bond for Nguyen is set at 75-hundred dollars cash only.

He is next due in court October 13 at 9:00 a.m.
