Trenton Officers Respond to Disturbance at Hy-Vee

TRENTON, MO – Trenton police officers were called to Hy-Vee on Monday after two subjects refused to leave the property when requested by management.

According to the Trenton Police Department the subjects were contacted and one continued to refuse to leave. Officers took Zachary Robert Dallman into custody. He has been charged in the Grundy County Circuit Court with tresspassing, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance at a county correctional facility.

Dallman is in custody in the Grundy County Detention Center.
