Troop H Reports Two Wednesday Arrests in Northwest Missouri

Highway Patrol troopers reported two arrests in Northwest Missouri Wednesday.
Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol first reported the arrest of 56-year-old Saint Joseph resident Adam D. Dowell on a Saint Joseph Police Department warrant for possession of drugs.
Dowell was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
Troopers also reported the arrest of 28-year-old Overland Park, Kansas resident Victor R. Steward on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated via drugs.
Steward was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and later released.
