Troopers Arrest Illinois Man on Felony Drug Charge Sunday in Livingston County

Troopers report the arrest of a Tonica, Illinois, man on a felony drug charge Sunday morning in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 37-year-old Michael E. Goskusky around 10:39 Sunday morning on a preliminary charge of felony possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities later released Goskusky from custody.
